A failed enquiry or broken staff page does not automatically justify replacing a whole system. We can investigate a specific fault and explain the options for repair, maintenance or a focused replacement.
Prepare a useful example
Describe the intended task, the steps taken and what appeared instead. Include recent changes such as hosting or provider updates without assuming they caused the failure. Do not send passwords or customer records in the first message.
The investigation identifies suitable access and whether the issue can be reproduced away from production. Proposed changes include acceptance examples and any neighbouring workflow that should be checked.
Know what remains
A repair handover explains the observed cause, work completed and unresolved dependencies. If the application needs a larger change, the reasons and migration implications can be discussed before implementation.
