Put the next client action in one understandable place.

When a project spans clients abroad and a delivery team in Uruguay, important requests can become scattered across conversations. A client workspace can organise the agreed information without trying to replace every communication tool.

Start with one repeated exchange

The first scope might cover a request list, current files and an approval step. We identify who can view, upload, comment and approve, then test those roles with fictional projects.

A document being received should not imply approval. A status label should help the client understand what to do next. Content language and the language used for project discussions are agreed separately.

Keep handover practical

The organisation retains account ownership. Staff receive instructions for access changes, project closure and ordinary content updates. Retention and sensitive-data decisions belong with the people authorised to make them.

An overseas client replaces a file after review

Take an illustrative export-service project in which a team in Uruguay is preparing a product guide for a client abroad. The client uploads revision C after the delivery team has commented on revision B. A useful workspace keeps both versions identifiable, links earlier comments to B and shows that C still needs review. An upload confirmation should not silently carry B's approval onto the replacement.

We agree which client contact may request a change and which delivery reviewer may accept it. If that reviewer is unavailable, the request can remain pending or be reassigned to an explicitly authorised substitute; merely receiving a notification does not grant approval authority. The client sees whether to supply a missing file, answer a question or wait for review, while staff see the version and decision they must address next.

Review the exchange from both sides

A first deliverable can be this one file-and-comment exchange, rather than a portal containing every project tool. Acceptance uses a fictional replacement, a returned correction and an unavailable reviewer, including a direct file link under each role. Client-facing English instructions and Spanish internal notes need agreed wording and appropriate review; one is not automatically an approved counterpart of the other. The organisation chooses the actual language/support arrangement and handling of confidential material. Handover shows staff how to change responsibility without losing the version history, and gives the client an understandable next action. See catalogue and document planning when the shared files also belong to a maintained product range.

Less repeated information. A clearer next step.
