Pinned brief / direct contact

Seven notes can reveal whether the project has a workable centre.

Use ordinary language. Do not include credentials or private datasets. “Unknown” is useful when it identifies who must decide.

NOTE 1

The person

Who in or connected to Uruguay needs to complete the task? What do they know, what language do they use, and where do they need help?

NOTE 2

The task

Describe the beginning, meaningful steps, finish, and evidence the person sees. Include the staff work that follows.

NOTE 3

The stuck point

Where does information, approval, access, payment, wording, or ownership break today? What does that failure cost operationally?

NOTE 4

The systems

List the website, software, data, vendors, inboxes, documents, spreadsheets, providers, and people the task crosses.

NOTE 5

The Uruguay layer

Name Spanish review, local formats, personal-data questions, UYU or other commerce behavior, accessibility, provider conditions, and support expectations.

NOTE 6

The owners

Identify the operator, client decision maker, technical contact, language approver, vendor contact, specialist reviewer, and release authority.

NOTE 7

The protected edge

Say what must not be lost: data, customer access, staged changes, active measurement, uptime, audit history, or a safe return to the old path.
